#ThrowbackThursday: See the evolution of CleanPix!

We’ve been around since 2001, and our interface has grown since. cp-evolution

October 2014 introduced a new interface that enables you to access:

Enhanced workflow

Once your account has been set up, the majority of your day-to-day activity will be uploading new assets and delivering them. These two actions are prominent throughout the site, enabling you to do what you need to do more efficiently than ever.

Responsive and user-intuitive interface

In CleanPix, there are less layers for you to go through your workflow. You get instant feedback as you upload your files, so you CleanPix is working to automatically creating different downloadable formats for your users. Now, the new CleanPix shows a progress bar that shows exactly when the file is ready, as shown below.

There are multiple ways of delivering your assets in CleanPix. You can give a direct URL, send an email notification, and lastly, your company is searchable on the CleanPix homepage, allowing users to review your assets with an access code you provide.

CleanPix now supports 3 TB worth of assets!

CleanPix supports 3 TB worth of assets, but just how much can you hold in 3 TB? A handy chart from PC Ninja explains just how much (this estimate varies depending on the file type and resolution):

With CleanPix, you can store pictures, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs. You can have your whole brand library on CleanPix, properly tagged with your custom metadata, and easily deliverable to your stakeholders. This streamlines not only your workflow, but also streamlines the workflow that your stakeholders need to go through to acquire your assets.

If you would like to learn more, CleanPix will be at the PRSA Travel & Tourism conference in Lexington, KY next week or you can contact us at [email protected]
